  1. I'm actually confused right now. This is from the letter we received prior to getting this appointment letter yesterday: This notice informs you that USCIS is able to use your previously captured fingerprints. However it is not necessary for you to appear at a USCIS ASC for a biometrics appointment. So did they or did they not use her previous fingerprints? And if they did, do we NOT have to go to the appointment?
  2. Should we be worried then since they didn't use my wife's previous biometrics when she applied for AOS?
  3. Yes, we do intend to show up for the appointment, but is this common to receive that kind of status update and yet still get scheduled for biometrics?
  4. We did receive notice in the mail to show fingerprints were applied to our case, but yesterday we received another notice with our fingerprinting appointment. Does that seem right? @Sarge2155
  5. Update: received notice in the mail Yup! Got our notice in the mail today stating the fingerprints used for our AOS were applied to our case!! Moving forward!
  6. Hi guys... So I'm back again, and still no update on fingerprinting or anything. WAC case number. Receipt (extension letter) received for i-751 back in mid September. Is there anyone else here with a WAC case number (our dropbox was the Arizona location) that filed early September that's gotten any updates on their fingerprinting, moving forward???
  7. No, haven't gotten a waiver or appt yet. WAC receipt number... File received early September. I've heard it could take almost 6 months to get an update.
  8. Sarge... Could you please send me the link to make the inquiry. And what exactly should I state or input there? Is it a drop down, pick your question kind of inquiry page? I just would really like to see some progress on our i-751. 🙏
  9. Not really the best news, but definitely better than being told we have to wait 12 months for any progress. Thank you.
  10. Thanks for the reply. Where are you located? I'm doing my best not to worry, considering the extension letter is for 24 months. But still, can't help but be closer to worrying than relaxing. I feel like you're the same. Do you happen to have to link that Sarge suggested?
  11. Hi fellow VJers! New to the thread and was hoping for some feedback. Sent out wife's i-751 in September. NOA received Sept 15. We're going on almost 60 days without any updates. Current case status is still showing when case was received. We're out here in Las Vegas, NV and were assigned a WAC case number, which I believe is California. Should I make an inquiry or sit it out for another month? Any similar cases here?
