And when u do get the new passports,

follow the instructions inside on page 5 it says:

Loss or theft :  The loss,  theft or destruction of a passport should be reported immediately to local police and to Passport Services Clasp Unit   -------------------or, if overseas to the nearest US embassy or consulate

Page 6:   # 4  Make 2 photocopies of the passport data page.  Carry one copy with you in a separate place from your passport and leave the other copy home with family/ friends along with a copy of your travel itinerary

doing this helps u get replacements at a US embassy

you need to follow the advice given to replace all passports paying the needed fee(s)

you can apply and pay the fee(s)  to your state for the replacement of the birth certificates when u return to the US

and not sure why anyone would take the Naturalization certificate on an international trip but u can pay to have that replaced also if u desire

Go to the US embassy for assistance. Airlines will not board you without a passport or valid travel document.

Exactly.  See "Replace a passport abroad" here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/international-travel/emergencies/lost-stolen-passport-abroad.html

Edited to add: Your question is a repeat of what you have asked in a prior topic.  I strongly suggest you contact your closest consulate/embassy: https://www.usembassy.gov/

They will be able to guide you on the documents you have, if it sufficient to return to the USA, or if you need anything else.  Also, they can answer questions about where to go for support once you land.  Best of luck to you.

Does she have the custody of the kids?

Where is her right now (Country) ? How is she providing for the kids at this moment?

From previous posts, doesn't sound like she works.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

You will need your ex's permission to get US passports for the kids and also have the ex's permission to move them back to the US. Your divorce and custody agreement are from another country. Even though your kids are USC, you moving to another country and making that your home with the kids gives that country jurisdiction over the kids.

Do not try to take them without the ex's permission.
