As I know lottery is an immigrant visa and tourist is no immigrant visa so it’s different , ther is no relashionchip between them , if tourist visa denier the other one can be done why it will be rejected ? Every visa has his own process . -
Im from morroco what will be waiting time ? If my sisters son is 11 years now so he will not benefit from visa ? And about affidavit of support is he necessary ? That mean I should sponsor her or look for sponsor so she can came to USA ?

Hello , I would like to fi for my sister and his son I have questions , if I live outside USA the time when the visa approved can she granted visa and travel to us ? That mean should I sponsor her or just if she granted visa she can travel withaout any sponsor ? I Can I join his son to the petition ?

Hi , im asking if a us women living outside the country divorced outside usa , if she came back to us with young kids at arrival aeroport who can afford a place to stay and food if she doesnt have any family and friends their ? And lost all contact ? Will us departement take their kids or find a place for her and their kids?
