Do you think it’s better to file citizenship 3 years lawful resident in married US citizen or 5 years lawful resident?  Or it doesn’t matter when you file because it should be same application process? Thank you

“Quick processing” is not a term one usually associated USCIS with.

The process is the same, only the 3 year rule requires a bit more documentation. But that type of documentation is easy to upload in your online account, personally I do not see a reason to wait if you're eligible under the 3 year rule and want to become a citizen.

If you meet all the requirements for the 3 year rule especially the time frame in which to apply then apply. If not then wait.  The online application will also guide you and ensure you have answered all the questions correctly.  Additionally, fee hike is in the future.  And USCIS my take up to 2 years to complete your naturalization process. Some persons like myself are look to be processed quickly.  I applied July 2021 and am now done with USCIS forever.

I am going apply april 30; under 3 years rule, uscis fee always go up

Mail it  on the day https://www.uscis.gov/citizenship-resource-center/learn-about-citizenship/naturalization-eligibility says you can apply for  it.  No need to wait.

I have read about many cases where the people apply same days window open, got interview and later be denied because the apply same day and system put them one day before, so to be safe i will send on april 30
