Dear February filers,

I wanted to get your piece of advice. I filed my N-400 under the 3-year rule last February. I only submitted files for taxes for the two previous years because we had not yet submitted taxes for this year.

Now that we have submitted the 2021 taxes, I was wondering if I should add the tax return form for this year to my N-400 file and how would I do it in the platform? Should I uploaded under the 'Unsolicited Evidence'? Thank you

Unsolicited evidence

Unsolicited evidence is any additional information or evidence that we did not request from you. If you upload evidence that we did not request from you, USCIS will consider the timeliness and relevance of this information when making a decision about your case.

i will wait until they request for RFE. otherwise, bring it to the interview

but that's me

Leave it as is and take it to your interview. If they need it before then, they will ask for it. They already know that you could not have sent in this year’s.

Hey.
I submitted N-400 online on 16th Feb 2022. On 19th Feb 2022 it was showing biometric appointment scheduled for 18th March 2022 and the electronic biometric letter.
So it was very fast. They followed up with the paper notice in the mail maybe a little less than two weeks or so later.

I hope it helps.

Do you have I -175 pending as well?

Also, have I-175 pending. Bio wasn't reused; attended the 2nd Bio, no big deal as far I was concerned.

I-751 sent: 4/26/2021

Bio completed: 8/4/2021

I-751 status as of today (4/4/22): Inline for interview

N400 sent: 02/25/2022

Bio completed: 03/31/2022

N400 status as of today (4/4/22) - Actively being reviewed.

Hopefully, I get combo interview when the time comes @ Newark.

The waiting game continues.....

Hello Everyone,

I am scheduled for the interview.

How should I prepare for this.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/citizen-now/id1492938869
study for the test. This app is really good. All you have to do is listen daily. No need to study really as repetition makes it easy to recall. The app is called Citizen now so if you have do not have an apple phone you can just look it up in your phone app.
Take everything they tell you to take in the letter. Are you naturalizing based on 3 yrs or 5 years?

Hey everyone

So I woke up to an email from USCIS , saying we have taken action on your case please sign in…..

So I signed in , and NOTHING HAS CHANGED

* N400 is exactly the same as it was on March 19th 2022
No new documents in the document section

* I-175 is exactly the same as it was on November 24th 2021

is it a glitch email? Or am I missing something?

Anyone had the same experience?

My son got that message in Feb and it was just an announcement that the date of processing was reduced. Fifteen days later his interview was scheduled.
