  1. Thank you for sharing, I always wondered if coming another Western country helps with the process.
  2. Do you think your application moved much quicker because you are from Canada?
  3. Good news, credit card was charged today. Filed : Feb 12, 2021 File Received : Feb 16, 2021 Credit Card Charged: Mar 18, 2021
  4. Update: i-751 Open Date: Feb 8, 2021 Application Mailed: Feb 12, 2021 (Intentionally delayed the application) Estimated date of delivery: Feb 16, 2021 (USPS priority with tracking and signature) Added following documents to the application package: 11. 5. I read that someone on here sent their application on the first day of 90 days window and UCIS sent their application back.
  6. Question: Should I submit the application this Tuesday or wait few days (Thursday) to make sure they don't reject my application for early submission?
  7. It is not appropriate to call another group of human being illegal merely because they don’t posses a documented status. This type of rhetorics were used to put Japanese Americans into concentration camps. I do understand it is frustrating and can be very challenging at times contacting/dealing with USCIS. I do encourage you to contact your local senators or congress members for support. They will be able to help you and get you an answer.
  8. I am including the following : i-751 Form G-1145 Form G-1450 Form Car Insurance State drivers license (Same address) Health Insurance (Both our names on the same plan) Life Insurance Copy of the Green Card Joint bank account (Most recent bank statement) Tax Transcript for past two years
  9. Hello everyone, I am a US citizen living in the US with my Canadian Citizen partner. I got my Canadian Permanent Residency but we moved back to US. We don't intend to relocate to Canada anytime soon. Can I still maintain my PR status?
