  1. Hello everyone, I am a US citizen living in the US with my Canadian Citizen partner. I got my Canadian Permanent Residency but we moved back to US. We don't intend to relocate to Canada anytime soon. Can I still maintain my PR status?

  4. Thank you for the information. I got the interview letter yesterday. I am being asked to bring items that I already provided such as W2, tax form, letter from the employer, but it also says unless already submitted. For the medical examination form, asked to bring the record or unless already submitted. This makes me think do they have it or not. ugh. 😒 Bottom line I will bring everything with me.
  5. Thank you. My understanding is that I do not need one as well. Just wanted to double check with the group.
  6. Hello everyone, I am expecting the interview letter to arrive this week. The question now is whether that K-1 medical exam is still good, or do I need to schedule a civil surgeon medical examination again (😪)? I did the medical exam in March of 2018. Thanks. 10. Quick Update: Travelling with your EAD/AP card. I drove from San Diago to Tijuana for the second time. On the first attempt to enter US was very smooth, no question asked. But on the second time, the agent advised me that the first agent did not do his job right, I need a stamp and provide fingerprints. I had to wait about extra 30 mins, I asked if I can get a multi-entry pass so I won't have to go through this again. The agent provided me with the pass. Let me know if you guys were also able to get the pass.
  11. Yes, I drove to Tijuana. I provided my Nexus (Global Entry ID).
  12. Hello eveyone, Quick Update: Some of us are paranoid about not being able to return to US while traveling with AP, well I traveled to Tijuana from San Diago last weekend and come back with no issues. The officer never asked for my EAD/AP combo card.
