That is 100% correct.  You have created a huge legal mess if you falsely claimed to be married.  You have misrepresented information provided to the US.  We have seen this very thing many times here.  I have never seen a case turn out well for the applicant.  You might want to seek the help of a good attorney

Thank you for your information.do we have to do this at first stage or after.

You will likely receive an RFE requiring a document proving the "marriage" was terminated PRIOR to your current marriage.

OK but the marriage has not been schedule yet at the marriage registry at that time..The affidavit of bachelorhood I sworn at the court  was before my current marriage and that's the only documents I have as proof. Pls how do I go about this RFE documents proofing the marriage was terminated prior to my current marriage.God bless

Please clarify:  Did you say you were married on a US non-immigrant visa application when you were actually NOT married?

You lied to the US government.  As I said, USCIS will, likely, send an RFE requiring you to submit a document proving the marriage you lied about was terminated.  Of course, you can not do that since the marriage was a lie.  You are in a serious situation.  I would find an attorney.

Okay.I will be expecting to hear back from you..Thank you

Please come back and let us know if you successfully remedy this issue.  As I said, we have seen this situation before, but no one ever returns to update us.

I really appreciates contributions despite that I don't know you but those with this type of case won't come back to tell the house what the remedy as you can see someone trying to laugh at me when nothing is funny.

It is very likely that people don't come back here because there is no remedy. You don't seem to understand how serious your issue is. You lied to the US government, probably because you thought it would improve your chances of receiving a non-immigrant visa. That lie now comes back to bite you.

As I said before, talk to your wife about her moving to your country instead.
