Great. Congrats. If you don't mind me asking, Can you share your time line? Are MSC OR WAC?, you file for CR1?

Thanks you and here you go. MSC. Apparently after the "Ready to schedule" status , it all depends on your local office backlog.

January 27, 2022 Interview Was Scheduled
November 3, 2021 We are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, for an interview.
February 19, 2021 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

Hi everyone, Feb 2021 filer (WAC) here, I received my card in the mail yesterday! Timeline below:

February 3, 2021 - USCIS received package

March 13, 2021 - NOA received

July 6, 2021 - Biometric waiver letter received

August 10, 2021 - RFE received

October 26, 2021 - RFE submitted

February 2, 2022 - Approval/Card in Production notification on online account

February 9, 2022 - Card delivered in mail

Basically took a year in total. I am planning to create a separate post, as my RFE was due to what I assume is USCIS losing nearly all of my evidence, and it might be helpful for someone else who ends up in a similar situation.

Best of luck to everyone!

It has been a year since I filed. Those lazy folks sitting and finding pleasure of keeping us waiting. How, for heaven sakes can you keep some one's case with a very vague notification that ready to be scheduled interview? This is very crazy. What is going on with this uscis god for saking people? Why do they fine pleasure  keeping people waiting? I even called and was told they will escalate my situation and someone will reach out to me. Tull Date nothing has change. What is wrong. Do they know embarking it is to be showing people expired green card with a big piece of paper? What nonsense.

Sorry to hear about your frustration, it's hard not to feel incredibly disappointed by this whole process.

I don't think there could possibly be a worse gov't agency out there than USCIS.  Slow, unresponsive, expensive, outdated, inefficient. Service is rude. It's impossible to get through to them. Service requests get ignored (why even have them?). Getting a T2 callback is spotty. There is an enormous uphill battle if USCIS makes a mistake which has now happened twice to me.

I don't remember it being this bad in 2017/2018 when we filed for AOS. You could usually get through to a T2 agent same day. And you were able to schedule InfoPass appointments online and could usually get in within 2 weeks if you checked the appointment scheduler often enough. What the heck happened??

Sorry, but I think the gov't has totally failed and it's time to privatize parts of the system, at the very least the IT, logistics, and infrastructure.

The government mismanages everything it touches.  Is there a term that is opposite from the Midas touch?  Because that's what the government has.  Everything they get involved with breaks.

It hurts. It is frustrating. And embarrassing. What are they looking for in a documents thay will take them more than a year to reveiw?  It just makes one feel no sense of belonging. It's like you are one foot in one foot out of US. It's like they are keeping the documents waiting for things to get wrong in your marriage then denied you. Uscis agent, if you are watching this thread please I know you all don't care but it's hurting. It's painful. Process our documents. Ask for any document we will give just process it.

They ask for filing fee you give, they ask for documentation , you submit. Biometrics we give. Just so that they can take the documents and pile it somewhere in their ware house. My Case must not be like others with two years or more. I am speaking for me and any one that is in same situation. All my documents are fine , no cheat.and a oroperly filed complete documentation .no rfe. Just there waiting for interview. Why should I file for Citizenship before I get condition removed? What if we don't need the citizenship. Please Tears is running of my eyes as I am typing it's too frustrating.  I see people who file after me had their green card. Why are they treating some of us like this? I have two kids with my wife and with everything going on now makes life a bit out of pocket I would have sue with every resources I got.
