Seems like SRC is the only office working. Quite a few ín the November group mention getting notice of 10yr green card approval. My husbands packet is at LIN. I think we're in for the long road 👎🏼

That’s right and unfortunately right. Only SRC is actually doing something. Other centers are just a joke.

Vermont Service Center is working quite speedily.

My husband and I were out of town for month and I did not expect to get any notice based on how slow things were moving.

Low and behold, while we were away, he received his waiver of biometrics, dated February 4th which is only one week after we received his NOA1!

Keep the faith everyone.

When did you receive your biometrics waiver in the mail and what date was on the notice date?

Sorry for late reply. I actually didn’t get mail. I got an email in my inbox saying action has been taken on case and checked my status and it said biometrics were reused. Never got a letter in the nail and I’ve been checking my informed delivery.

Hey everyone,  I received a biometric letter saying they will reuse my old biometric from USCIS, I was so surprised because my status on uscis website is still listed as case was received

I'm in the same boat. Not sure if it's good or not when the online status is not updated accordingly despite having received a biometrics waiver 😓
