That is another thing that will result in longer processing times.  Male beneficiary in Pakistan = long wait times.  

 

A few things that will make your case complicated/take a while to process:

 

1. Things are taking a while these days anyways, regardless of your country of birth.

2. You are from Pakistan, so the processing time will be long due to Pakistan's lack of good recordkeeping, etc.  This would be the case if you were Muslim, Hindu, Christian, Sikh, etc (Pakistan has many religious groups)

3. You are a Pakistani guy, which will make it longer.  Long discussion, but it is what it is.

4. You mention that you are Kashmiri (from that region).  I do not know for sure, but that may also impact your situation (background checks, documentation, etc).

Many people asked him that but he seems dont understand or dont want to.

Ive earlier pd than op, my case has no red flags at all and im waiting since 10 months at potomac without a single update, touch or rfe.
The process is just awful, no matter where you from.

I feel you. My case is at Vermont from past 13 months with no updates or touches.

I wanted to disagree with that Muslim country are taking longer, but after seeing European countries reopen and Pakistan isn’t, is a clear sign of racism 

 

can you believe they scheduled Argentina interviews, where cases are sky rocketed and deaths too. Pakistan has huge decline in cases & deaths. Yet no reopen

 

I get Pakistan has no records keep process. Look at US reopen process

People keep asking for that because when clicking your "Timeline" it says one has not been created yet.  But maybe you didn't but the auto-link did not work, in which cause that

we tried to submit an inquiry through online form it says receipt number is invalid even we entered same receipt number which is on NOA1 what the issue ? we also submitted inquiry through call probably that's why

OP seems to be having a lot of issues. I think the issue is the language barrier. I would suggest that the USC petitioner creates VJ account as well and ask questions as needed.

Moneeb kindly update your timeline as iterated by others previously. Go to the top right corner of your page, you'll see your username, click on it (drop-down menu) and then go to My Timeline and create one.
