Hi guys,

I am very upset, lost and confused. I don’t want to air out my issue on this forum. My relationship sadly isn’t working out as I wanted to. How do I go about withdrawing the application I know I have to write a letter but, what does it need to include. Also if it’s at CSC which lockbox do I mail it to?
thank you 💔

If it’s at CSC, you send the letter to the CSC address printed on the receipt letter.

Correct I know...I am going to give it a few weeks and see if we manage to work it out. If not then I’ll proceed I don’t want to act on hurt and sadness. I’ll take this information and go by it if I need to proceed with it.

thing to know is your own self and personality

in my former work i find many forgive but they do not forget

and  you know the issues and know if  they will plague you , so consider all before you decide

Wishing you the best!

Thank you. I hope I won’t have to use the advice given to me on how to withdrawal the visa. However, I am glad I didn’t react and put a letter in the mailbox. That would of been a nightmare on its own 😂 Thank you everyone for your advice

For those who want to cancel late in the game, My petition made it all the way to the interview stage in 2018, that's when I cancelled it, I simply sent a email request with case information to the US Embassy, they replied asking for ID verification, I sent that and received a response that it would be cancelled, that was it.... Best move I made, otherwise I would never have met my true love.

Always listen to what your conscious is telling you, it's there to protect us.

What embassy asked you for ID verification?

I believe he is my true love, hence why I wasn’t rushing to throw it in the mailbox. I believe if people feel it can be worked out they should work it out. In fact, I think people rush to decisions then later regret it. While I am thankful for the advice I got i want to follow what I feel is right in my situation which is working it out. If I later feel differently I will use the advice given to me. I am glad it worked out for you and that you met your true love. :)

Always seek to work things out until you feel it is a dead situation. Then and only then can i tell you to walk away
