Thank you. My heart us beating so fast, am scared he might come back to hurt me because he told me he wanted to kill his Ex wife and mother inlaw because he was the one that brought them to America.

Always remember..if you feel threatened, move! It's only a tree that can not move..you can thankfully! Better safe than sorry...this doesn't look like someone you can depend on or trust..safety should be your main priority now!👍

Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks! You got a kid..you do not want to spend your time watching your back..it's time to take steps! Actual steps! Really bad idea to live with abusers!!!👎

Another small question since google is being useless again. Is there a way to check the status of a service request or does it just disappear into the void until USCIS responds?

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

You should be able to track it through your case number on the USCIS online account. If it's vawa related it must be done in writing to Vermont. Any other form of service request (online or phone) won't be processed.

Your and your daughter safety is the most important thing, be thankful to God he is out of the house with the help of the social service and police, when official are involved abuser know better. If you don't feel safe start seeking for a new place. God bless and have peace.
