what chat are you talking about ? there is no official chat with USCIS

Ok. I saw in another post someone saying they went through live chat with an officer so i assumed it was a live chat. I could be mistaken.

The reason i asked is i sent an emailed USCIS to verify i was at the same service center as the NOA1 and i recieved an email back saying how to check processing times and in the instructions it said to put in Potomac which is the original center.

Is it safe to say that is still were it is at if this email said this?

Why do you question it? Did you received a note about the case being transferred? Otherwise it's safe to say that your case is still there. You can check your status online and you'll see every update that has been made to your case so far.

Many here have witnessed their cases being transferred without notice.

Ok thanks for the advice but Hardly fussing just want to stay on top of things. There is no denying USCIS seems a bit chaotic at the moment.

Understood and it's ok to want to be proactive but you cant hurry it along... You must allow the normal process of adjudication... You can only hurry your own part which is mostly documents and test after you have been approved
