Wow ! I did not know that.

Also, once you get your receipt number you can create a profile on the USCIS website and opt in to receive notifications via email or text.

My approximate timelime is changed every day... It is shown now that on one week it is moved (was the end of June now the middle of June) How often  does timeline of this site match whith real approval of petitions ?

For the most part you can ignore VJ timeline. It is based solely on self reported data by other members, and while it can be handy to see certain trends over long time period it is woefully inadequate in predicting your own individual approval. Doubly so in the current times. Typically, currently, I-129F without RFE gets approved within 3-4 months though. That is not an indication it will be as fast or as slow 3 or 4 months from now. Get used to the idea you just need to wait, and hope for Embassies to start accepting applications again by the time I-129F gets approved.

Go to https://myaccount.uscis.gov/  and click create profile. Once you have your receipt number you link it to your profile and then you can select to receive notifications via email or text.

If you did not fill out the form to get  notifications you can call the customer service number to get your receipt number or wait to receive the notice in the mail.

What other way can a petitioner get a notification that USCIS have received the I-129F if he did not file G1145

USCIS will send correspondence via mail, the I797C, to the address the petitioner provided on the petition. The G1145 is only if you want to get notification via text and email that they received the petition.

Also, if the petition isn’t accepted/rejected they will also send notification via mail to the petitioner.

Check to see that your courier delivered you package using their tracking number. Another way is to check your bank account, charge card or money order to see if there is an entry for the cashing of your money. Others have chimed with other suggestions.

Yes, if you have the petitioner's vital stats like his DOB full name etc. and you can use your email for the contact email.
