I made scans of everything that I sent and I just realized that on the I-485 forms, we forgot to include his SS# though it is on the other forms, and also somehow forgot to put in the date of our marriage. :( This is what happens when you try to work ahead. Do you think we might receive an RFI for this even though the marriage certificate is included?

Do we have to submit 3 years worth of tax returns?  I thought one year was fine? This is for the affidative of support

Most recent year for taxes is required, last 3 years is optional. It states this on the i864 form

Another quick question - Is a latest W2 and Federal Tax returns of the latest year enough from the Petitioner for I-864? or will we get a RFE?

Based on majority’s advise, if you choose to send tax returns ( as opposed to tax transcripts), you will need W2’s, 1099’s etc.. the consensus is that tax transcripts are the best option..we just sent our own packet yesterday so I cannot share our own experience yet...

Speaking of our NOA2- we need to send it with our original AOS package?

A copy of it, yes.. as well as the approved copy of the K1 ( I-129F ) application ( just the first page I think ) and the Embassy letter sent to the fiancé / fiancée..

I seriously love this forum! Thank you for the help.

Do we attach this with I-485 only?

We got our text notification of receipt of our package yesterday. Our case numbers start with MSC. Is that where all K1 AOS go (like WAC for K1) or is there a difference?
