I'm in West Palm too. My interview was cancelled in April and it was "Case Ready To Be Scheduled" for awhile. On August 31st it switched and it still says the same thing "Case Ready To Be Scheduled" but with a new date?! I don't know what's happening anymore lol.

Also, what time do you guys renew your EAD cards? I didn't know I need to renew it. Mine says it's valid until May 19th 2021.

You can renew your EAD within 180 days before it expires. So for you, you can send yours out already at the end of November.

Same here actually. Our case was ready April 30th and I got a new notification saying case ready July 15th.

My EAD is also valid until may 2021, so I guess I will wait around November to renew it. Hopefully we get some news for the interview before then!

I'm in the same boat. Philly is the worst USCIS Office that I ever seen. Our interview was scheduled by April 15 due the pandemic was canceled on March 29 and put in a waiting spot. Since then, our case hasn't moved anywhere just "READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR AN INTERVIEW". I've called USCIS three times since they opened on June 4th, and I've spoken to a Tier II Official but every time is the same "YOU MUST WAUT FOR A NEW APPOINTMENT". This is driving us crazy!! We are close to turn the 180 days timeframe to RE-APPLY for the EAD, and we're going to do so 'till they put us in a new spot. Good luck H&G and everyone else in this never-ending limbo.

Finally Philly is doing something!! Hoping you hear something soon Vicko (and everyone else here too of course) !!!image.png.ac1fa40d013deec63997661a8d79b83b.png

Hello! 3 weeks ago I called USCIS military helpline to make an expedite request as my husband is getting deployed in November. I wasn't sure they would help because they couldn't help when I called them in June with the same reason. Anyways, i got a call from Phoenix Field Office  on Friday to schedule my appointment for this Tuesday. Still can't believe it worked!

As a fellow November Phoenix filer, I've been following your journey and I'm so so happy that they were able to get this sorted for you! Excellent news!

Sending all the best of luck for the interview!
