@Nafisa Zaripova WHAT?! So I didn't know this was a thing until right now. Tell. Us. More. I spend most days, shamefully, in my pajamas and swim wear from the pool so.. I would be mortified to have a surprise visit in this attire haha. Might have to start dressing like a human just in case!!! HAHA.

I guess there is nothing to worry if you all filed within of 90 days authorized stay

Yeah that was unexpected)) we were still sleeping at 8 in the morning😂

I wrote about it here if anyone is interested

I read some horror stories offered by some of the posters in the forum you created.  If one is considered out of status after the 90-day period, and the NOA1 is yet to come, how can you show proof that you have filed?  I am asking because my I-94 expires on Sunday and I am still waiting for an NOA1 for the AOS.

You poor things, that would be so unnerving.

And steelers I think as long as you have your receipt from whoever you mailed with stating the Chicago Lockbox you will be fine. I have outstayed my I-94 so I'll just keep my receipt until NOA1

Spent 2.5 hours typing up my fiancé’s cover page the other night and finally was able to submit the paperwork today.  I must have checked the forms over 5x in the last week.

After getting an RFE for the K1 for submitting a marriage record and not a divorce certificate, I decided to provide more evidence than required (birth certificates for all applications). I figure extra is better than not enough.

Now the long fun wait begins.

Good luck to the rest of the AOS filers!

I just showed the copy of I485 that I filled out and a receipt from UPS. They made some notes and took a picture of the receipt.

Oct 1st, 2019 mailed out my AOS package.

Oct 2nd, 2019 mail received by USCIS Lockbox.

Oct 8th, 2019 money has been cashed to total of $1,225 and $535.

Anyone else receiving texts and emails after your money have been cashed?

How long before I receiving my first NOA text and hard copied?
