I checked out how things went for the people in the Sept AOS group and it was also really varied when people heard back, taking some people 2-3 weeks. I’m sure that we all will hear back in time. Best thing we can do is stay positive and have faith, it’s a stressful process for sure.

Hi that is very interesting.

Our package was delivered on the 2nd and checks cashed on the 11th! We still haven't seen anything in the mail though we're in California and you're in New Jersey, so hopefully it's just the mail delay. Fingers crossed!

Fingers crossed! Cashed checks is a good sign!

I mailed the AOS and EAD oct 3 and received the USCIS text last night that my case has been received.  Perfectly 2 week in total.
Now I am just waiting the NOA 1 in the mail.

Welcome and congratulations, why didn't you file the I-131 AP too, it was free to file.

Hiiii! Thank you!
I discussed with my husband and we do not have anything plan to go out of country so I did not file it. Other than that in the form there is a question about the plan and we got confused. Lol

I see but you never know what the future holds. If you were confused all questions could be answered here. Anyway let's hope all will be fine. Congrats and welcome.

I just received Biometric appointment today, it states...

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY.

DATE AND TIME OF APPOINTMENT

11/01/2019

03:00PM

So I looked up the location and the office hours on my I-797C, it closes on Friday and their hours is Monday-Thursday 8am - 3pm.

It's Sunday tomorrow but who should I call on Monday to make sure this appointment isn't going to delay everything.

Thank you in advance.
