Thanks a lot she miss me lot and we are apart new couple you have any other choice or to wait to approve

You can visit her, but there is nothing you can do to speed up her visa other than to wait, unless you have a valid reason for expedite (such as an extreme medical or financial hardship). You can visit her as much as you like though

Our CR1 Journey:

USCIS Stage:

  • Feb 14 2019: NOA1 (NSC)
  • July 31 2019: I129f NOA1
  • Sep 19 2019: I129f NOA2 (Denied - 50 days from NOA1)
  • Sep 19 2019: I130 NOA2 (Approved - 217 days from NOA1)

NVC Stage:

  • Sep 27 2019: Sent to Department of State
  • Oct 31 2019: Case number received (34 days since sent)
  • Nov 1 2019: IV & AOS fees received & paid
  • Nov 14 2019: IV & AOS submitted
  • Dec 18 2019: All docs accepted, but one additional doc requested (5 weeks from submission)
  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

Interview Stage:

  • Mar 11 2020: Interview letter received
  • Apr 1 2020: Interview date
  • Mar 17 2020: Interview cancelled due to COVID-19
  • August 3 2020: Rescheduled letter received, new appointment August 25 2020
  • August 25 2020: Visa approved at interview! (558 days from NOA1)
  • September 10 2020: Embassy received passport in mail
  • September 15 2020: Passport with visa in hand

Age could be important depends on how low it is.

My wife she is 20 next year may21 so yes I want to get fast approval as possible

There's no fast anything in immigration.

In the mean time if you want to not have any delays.  Get to know your wife and her to know you. Have daily conversations about each other. Not just about the immigration process. Build that relationship.

Thanks so much I’m going india Jan and our 1st year anniversary on feb 10 so I’m excited I’m happy

Lots of time spent together will be a key factor in getting a spousal visa while living apart, especially for India.  How many times have you visited her?  Did you marry on the first visit?  What evidence did you submit with the I-130 petition?  Visit her as often as you can, and save all the evidence (boarding passes, passport stamps, photos), and also start to gather evidence of co-mingling of finances so you can upload everything at the NVC stage as additional evidence of a bona fide marriage relationship.  Good luck!

Hi I submit my i130 for spouse visa and my wife she is under 21 how long process for approval and it’s almost 4 month so I have questions so anyone please help me out thanks so much

Welcome to the club, now be prepared to wait another 13 months or so.

There is nothing you can do to get it faster.

Only thing you can do now is:

  1. Get an ITIN Number for your wife while you wait:
    1. Have wife visit the embassy and get a certified copy of her passport from them. It should cost USD 50.
    2. Have her mail this certified passport copy to you. No rush, use the cheapest one
    3. Use this certified copy of your wife to get an ITIN. You can get it now or during tax time.
    4. Use this ITIN number when it comes to tax filing, might as well get some big refunds while you wait.
    5. This will help to show mingling of finances as it will have her name on the transcript
  2. Start figuring out how to show mingling of finances etc
    1. Add her as an added user for your credit cards
    2. If you are taking a trip soon, get pictures and tickets as proof
    3. Add her as a beneficiary on your banks/401k/work etc
  3. Prepare the I-864 / I-864EZ whichever is applicable (tough make sure the form is not expiring around the time you expect to submit it).
    1. Get the tax transcript for the last 3 years now. that way next year you only have to get 1 more transcript next year.
  4. If she doesn't have a driving license, ask her to get one in India.
    1. It will help her to adjust here more easily, preferably if she learns on an automatic and larger car.
    2. If you decide to take longer road trips, she can drive the rental car with her license from India. It can also act as a ID while you wait for her to get DL here.
  5. Do the health stuff cause its expensive here, espeically dental and vision
    1. Dental: fill any cavities, and/or wisdom tooth removal while she is there and is cheaper to do it in India
    2. Lastly get herself checked for TB right now , the treatment for this is long and if found during the medical exam @ interview stage of visa , it may end up taking 2-3 months more.
