No, our I-130 is a LIN number. Our K3 was denied yesterday, but unfortunately i still don't see any update with our I-130 - i thought it would've been adjudicated in the same day. I might need to call on Monday for reassurance...the website seems to be a bit slow.

I’m sure if you call it will show approved.
congrats!! 🎉

I would call. Our case is already sent to NVC and it never updated online to show approved even though it already was approved, egov only updated last night to say "sent to department of state"; completely skipped the approval part on the website! 🤣 And my.uscis hasn't updated at all on either the I129f or I130 at all despite that the egov website shows denied for I129f, sent to NVC for I130, and that we already got both letters, my.uscis still says received for both. The websites are weird and don't update all the time for some reason so definitely call! That's how I found out about our approval, I believe the USCIS line should be open today even though the service center is not, they should still be able to check for you, at least I think the line is open, I've never called on a weekend

So, it looks liks we only need our i130 NOA1 to be able to then file the 129f?  Is that it? Should we wait any longer or?

You need the NOA1, your marriage certificate, divorce decrees if relevant, evidence of your US citizenship, and 1 passport sized photo of beneficiary & 1 of petitioner (though others have still had it work without the passport photos, we included them just in case though)

Hello everyone! Me and my husband got our RFE last Sept 27.

PD: Nov. 2, 2018. Is it a bad thing?

I know a lot of people get RFE's but when I search on google they make it seem so bad like a soft denial. Yesterday I was happy when we got the update on case tracker now I can't help but feel so sad thinking about what part of the application did we did wrong. 😭

We filed K3: PD: Sept. 3, 2019

Hello, everyone! I've a question.

I checked our case status, and it says our petition has been sent to the department of state for visa processing.  I didn't get a NOA2 via email or sent to my house.  Does anybody know what this means?

It means your case has been approved and sent to NVC! Contact USCIS if you don’t receive an approval letter soon

They'll send you an instruction in a few days. We had RFE on 09/23 and got the notice on 09/27 that required a petitioner's passport photo. It's just gonna set back the case a bit but shouldn't be a soft denial.

Thank you so much!! I know I shouldn't feel so bad about the RFE but be thankful that I got it earlier than I expected since mypriority date is Nov. 2
