Processing Times (I-751) for MSC (National Benefits Center)

I can not find any processing time information, official or otherwise, for MSC.   Anyone have any ideas?

Let this be the unofficially official MSC I-751 thread for now.

 

For those who are up to it: a good idea might be to make a spread sheet (Google Sheets) viewable to all and start tracking timelines that way until Captain Ewok is able to update everything here on the VJ side.

I seen couple of people report there case either got RFE or ready to sechdule interview and they filed in January 2019 in national benfit center.. interesting process time less than 4 months..

Back when my wife was in the ROC phase, her package was transferred to the NBC, and I also wondered why there was no official processing times listed.  Is NBC now processing packages?  I thought that office was just the transfer point.

I sent my wife's ROC package to the Dallas USPS PO Box on 3/28......Today, she received her 18 month extension letter with a MSCxxxxxxx receipt number.

I think MSC just recently started processing I-751's so they probably don't have any data yet to determine processing times.

It looks like a lot of those who ended at MSC from both December and January are receiving “ready to be scheduled for interview”. 

Seems like MSC are getting ROC to ease the load from the service centers and maybe sent them to local offices for interviews. 

 

We we will see when/if more from MSC report updates.

I know I think everyone is. 

I myself are expecting an interview as I filed after the new rules took places and I did not have an interview for my AOS.

It will certainly be very interesting to see exactly what MSC does.......very interesting......maybe my wife could get her 10 year card BEFORE submitting her N-400.....

Yes exactly. That would be nice. I think I will wait on filing N400 til I have the 10 year GC in hand but that is just a preference. 

But let’s see what happens with MSC and other filers there (I’m at Texas) will get the same update as others have. The process from there will be up to the wait time in each local office.
