Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : December 10, 2018
Embassy Review : Great experience, quick through pre-screening. Then straight to the consulate que. Once at the consulate, a smile and four questions. He then told me congratulations I am recommending approval. Didnt ask for any of the other paperwork I bring. Questions were my name, fiance name, number of his divorce and his work.
Rating : Very Good

Not yet, we actually just received an RFE for evidence already provided. Such as bills and bank statements. They also asked for the marriage certificate

Yes

what type of document we are expecting to receive after biometric during I751 in process? we received NOA1, and then check online status stating biometric was taken, then we moved during the process to new location and recently check status it states " On August 10, 2023, the Post Office returned your document to us. We will hold your document for 180 days or until February 6, 2024. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you do not submit an online request by February 6, 2024, we will destroy your document and you will need to file a new Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, with fee."

I would call, did you update your address? This happened to me during our I485. We updated our address, but they used the old address.
blank avatar Qas on 2023-10-02 said:
,We updated the address online but still they sent it to old address, we received NOA1 at old address, we tried to call at the number given on NOA1 letter but the automated message start and just provided the same status what we found online. Is there any other number we should call?
Pbchief2 on 2023-10-02 said:
Same number but make it transfer you to a real person. Then ask that person if they can transfer it up to the next tier of support.
blank avatar Qas on 2023-10-02 said:
just wondering what document did you receive after biometric?
Pbchief2 on 2023-10-02 said:
After biometric which was July 2022, we received an RFE asking us for more proof of relationship, such as bills, bank accounts etc. And our marriage cert. Everything I had already included. I sent new statements another copy of the marriage cert and a purchase agreement for our house.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
