Hi People,

I filed and received NOA1 on the 24th of April.

I await their response.

I hope this goes fast in Nigeria.

Today is a sad day for me.

Everyone is receiving NOA2 but i got a request for additional evidence.

We were told they will send us the list of RFE before  August 2nd.

When will i get approved and how long will it take for them to accept our evidence.

I have been away from home for the past 2 weeks, our NOA2 was dated 02Jul19, but with the holiday, it didn't arrive until 08Jul19 - of course after I had left. What an awesome feeling to come home to! NOA1 date was 10Apr19, so this was WAY faster than we were expecting!

You will get approved when the USCIS adjudicators are satisfied with your petition and evidence, The adjudicator that sent you the RFE isn't likely just sitting there waiting for your response to their RFE request. They likely went on to another file to work on, setting yours off to the side. The sooner you appropriately respond to the RFE, the sooner they can finish on the current file they are working on, is the time when they will get back to your file. Your RFE set you back at least 2-3 weeks, hopefully not more. The bright spot in this story is that at least you know that your petition is being actively worked on.

Your initial questions are somewhat nebulous. For example, if I, or anyone, definitely knew the answers to your questions, I would also be buying the next winning lottery tickets.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

By iPhone app called "Lawfully" which use data from USCIS old site.

FWIW, my NOA2 date is 02Jul19, and the new site says "case received", so updates online are delayed, at best....

The old site does not open for me...maybe they have shut it down.

The same happened with NOA2 regarding the new site, still haven’t updated for me and my NOA2 was 18th. The old site showed my update. I did however receive the official letter from USCIS in the mail yesterday.

Okay, I'm trying very hard to not panic. I just went for the first time to my.uscis.gov, created an account, and I do not see my current I-129f case listed. I see my case from last year there, though. (I brought my fiance over last year on a k-1 visa and we decided to postpone our marriage. He went back to his country. Now the timing is right and we're ready to get married, hence the second petition.)

Can anyone offer any insight as to why I do not see my current pending case? Am I possibly on the wrong page/site?

I received an official NOA1, so I guess I have to trust that my case exists, but it definitely is unnerving to not see it listed on the site...

The Old and New websites do not always update. Sometimes one or the other but not necessarily both. This has no effect on your application and it's approval. Keep in mind that a paper copy is "KING"!
