Hi, My 2 K2s are in the process of being legally adopted by my husband, and supposedly they will be US Citizens after adoption. I am preparing for my ROC next year - Should I still include them in my petition if they are already a US Citizen? Correct me if I'm wrong, that they will be US citizens when the adoption is finalized. Thank you for the response!
