I filed for RoC in March this year. In June, I moved from Texas to Kansas. I filed my change of address and got the letter in the mail confirming that, but nothing since. Will my case be transferred to another center? I haven’t received anything otherwise except my extension letter.

No . From the jump I had a LIN# . 

I had the same question if it was “transferred” why didn't my # change ??

Here is our timeline, if that is helpful to anyone:

15 March we filed the I-751 

10 June it said Case ready to be scheduled for interview

2 July Interview was scheduled (for 8 August)

6 August Interview was cancelled, once again status changed to Case ready to be scheduled for interview

12 August Interview was scheduled (for 11 Sept)

11 Sept Interview, case approved
