I finally got an email saying I’m documentaty qualified after 2 RFE’s.

Does anyone have any advice -

Our 2 year anniversary is coming up on April 20.

Could I delay the interview until then so I can get IR-1?

Our embassy will be Auckland, New Zealand so I believe there should be many interview slots available.

Thanks in advance

Congratulations dear. What date did you resubmit

Is documentary qualified the same as CC?

Yes it is.

Does anyone know if they are scheduling April interviews for Nigeria already? My CC was 02/21.

Ciudad Juarez here with a case complete of 10/22/2018. :(

@Kimylove and anyone else with a Case Complete in July 2018 for Ciudad Juarez please let us know if you get an interview for April.

My husband just had his interview in CDJ. Case closed May 2018, received interview date Dec 2018, his interview was Feb 22. The wait is agonizing, but dont lose hope.

Once they approve and print your Visa, you have 6 months to enter the country. If you wait until after your anniversary to enter, you can prevent having to have conditions removed later which would be preferable!

Congrats! Yes, the wait is absurd and we're both trying to stay patient, but based on the scheduling times, we might not get an interview until July.
