It seems extremely variable.  Although I don't know exactly for Jerusalem, I have seen some people get interview dates within a week of CC and some waiting 3-4 weeks to hear a date.  It supposedly is embassy- dependent, but my embassy is one of the less busy embassies and they seem to schedule slowly for no real rhyme or reason.  Good luck!

Thats what I thought too, my embassy is presumably one of the less busy ones but I’ve been waiting for an interview date since CC which was March 6.

So it’s been 25 days. I’m hoping to hear from them this coming week

Yeah super frustrating haha!

Another Costa Rica filer actually inquired about this to NVC and the US embassy in CR and basically they said because the embassy is slower, they only have interviews scheduled a few times per month not daily.  This may account for the weird delay despite a slow embassy.  Anyway, hopefully we get interview dates soon!

Yes I am hoping we hear something soon, after submitting the paper work everything was accepted within 2 days and he got his case complete letter in less then 3 days, So thats whats making me have high hopes that soon he'll hear something about an interview.
