So our 90 days is up 9/4.  We got married last week and I need to send in for the adjustment of status.  I am worried that I waited too long.  I need to get his birth certificate translated still- does it need to be notarized? thanks

You must marry and have submitted within the 90 days your AOS to remain in status. Check the instructions for the I-465 for your answer. It's been years since we completed ours.

Time for her to go back to her country and re-file for i-130 or stay here and file for i-130 and restart process.   You will miss this deadline.

No it's not necessary if they hurry and submitt. They do not need to go back and refile. Technically they have up to 90 days, but they do risk being deported if stopped and ID if they go beyond that time. It's best to keep moving ahead for them.

I suggest, file AOS immediately and provide what you can. Get rfe to translate birth certificate if thats only option.  Do it ASAP and mail ASAP, express if needed.

you dragging your feet seems as if you have no sense of urgency...  DO IT ASAP  and mail it by Tuesday!!

Relax there bud. They are confused and need some help and your yelling the house is fire when afterall it's a small fire on the stove. This is fixable and they'll move on with AOS without incident. Now calm down and lots go have a bear together.

Fiancee arrived  on August 30th, this first portion of the Visa journey is now officially over as the K1 is no longer  any good. Can't  say it been fun, but I can say it's  been a long  ride. Here's  to the next portion of the journey. Getting married on September 12th.

Congratulations. Hopefully the nightmare is over.

Me and my fiance set in our petition month ago. I was just wondering, for those who went to interview at Belgrade embassy. Would they allow my fiance to come with me?

That question is better answered if you were to ask it in your sub-forum.
