1/17/2020:  Received biometrics appt letter for the I-485 and I-765 (Code 3).

6/15/2020:  Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview

6/15/2020:  I-765 (New Card is Being Produced)

6/30/2020:  Received Combo Card in the Mail

4/22/2021:  AOS Interview

Don't give up.  I am so sorry.  Get married and do the CR-1 ASAP.  It felt so good this time.  Take away the negative and rock this thing.  I know how much it hurts but the two of you are stronger than that.  

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

They hammered the question about what is common between us.  

I think the real issue was she was so nervous she froze.  The consular ask if she understood the questions or would she like an interpreter,  which she declined.   May have been a mistake not to have one.

:( that is the reason I am going with her. To keep her organized and calm. I think this is going to help a lot of people with large age differences. It is not a question that I thought may come up, but we will do our best to prepare. God Bless.

It may be a good idea to focus on the "what do you have in common" question ...   

 

We had zero issues and yes we have an age gap .. 

 

 

(also do take note that payxibka is on something like K-1 number 3 or 4, and I am sure the embassy looked serious at that, which may be part of why they asked the questions they did )

I'm too am on 3. First one married 15 years, 2nd did not work out so I sent a letter to cancel it (2016), Now this one with 32 years difference. All in the Philippines.
