I’m going to guess you are the other numbered “user” who suddenly popped up. asking about a B2 person admitting to cleaning houses. 

(Would be very odd to have two different userxxx’s posting consecutively with the same font that differs to what everyone else uses...)

Which airline gave you confidential passenger information? You are not even a blood relative. It is not permitted for airline employees to divulge whether someone was or was not on a flight without official documentation - such as law enforcement needing the information to investigate a crime. I’m absolutely shocked, as an airline employee of over 19 years, that someone had just told you such information. They should be fired! For all they know, you could be an abuser she is trying to escape!

OP does keep questionable company, for sure. A Brazilian lady friend facing a ban due to an overstay of 4 years and who lied that she had “only” overstayed 6 months. A Venezuelan friend with no passport in Panama trying to get into the US. And now someone else with immigration woes.

He asked about a k1 for the Brazilian friend in May last year and is now asking about k1 for this latest Colombian lady. I didn’t read the other thread to find out if k1 was mooted for the Venezuelan lady too?
