Tinder does not have a matchmaking service.   A matchmaker is an individual or organization that suggests,  arranges, facilitates,  schedules meetings between people.   A relationship counselor if you will.

YMMV

Terms of Service + first messages to each other (if available) + description of how you used the app to connect and chat and what the app is/does. That should suffice.

They are looking for International Marriage Brokers (IMBs). These are services like where you pay somebody to set you up with another individual abroad..like the so-called "mail order bride". This is not apps or websites where you just meet/connect on your own through their services ("normal" dating websites, tinder, etc.).

I met my husband through POF in the US. I didn't even think about his all when I filed K1 back in 2017. At my interview last year (Amsterdam) the officer asked me how we met, I told him POF and that was that. Most officers know the big dating apps (badoo, POF, Tinder etc) and won't question or RFE you for that

Help

you do not have a timeline so we dont know if you already applied

if you did and did not make a  cover letter saying how u met ,  USCIS may send RFE for you to prove it/  i didn't do a cover letter and this is one of the things i  had to send with my RFE .   Proof was asked for at 1st stage not embassy interview

if you haven't sent the application yet,  include a cover letter and copy of 1st contact and the terms and conditions of the site (as said above)

and read the portal and reviews about Morocco as other countries are not the same as this country

best advise here comes from Morocco members

I met my husband on badoo also, we didn't mention it never brought it up they never asked how we met, but that was for CR1 visa, you can explain how you met have him ready with the TOS of the site and be done, there is no need to over think that, badoo is a social networking site like Facebook.

Badoo is not an International Marriage Brokers (IMBs). Don't overwork yourself over that. There many people on here who met through Facebook and haven't had issues in terms of petitions. In a more general sense just make sure you have lots of evidence of your relationship. Communication, face time, travel etc etc

@Sarah22If you didnt have to pay to be matched to your fiance, its perfectly fine! File, file file!! Its a good 7 month wait for petition approval! I wouldn't worry at all over this. I'd worry more that you've met the other requirements. For instance, If you have met physically, in person within the last 2 years of filed k1 petition. Thats the biggy. Unless you can prove religion prevents you from seeing each other in person of course.
