Good luck! Your window is definitely open. Most people with a 28jan-01feb NOA2 should be getting theirs these next few days, so it's worth calling to see if you're gonna make the 5mar shipment. cutoff will probably be tomorrow or Thursday.

As the sponsor do I need to also provide proof of my identity? Like does my fiancee need to provide either my passport information or certificate of naturalization? I'm not seeing that anywhere in the requirements but I've read people include them in the packet for the interview.

I read that you need proof of a domicile in the U.S. such as a United States passport, yes.

You only need to do what is in the P3. Nothing else. Why would they need it as he supplied it throughout the application/USCIS phase. I just looked over the P3 and the only requirement from the petitioner is his financials.

13. EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT : You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form 1-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form 1-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, value of properties, etc.). You may download the 1-134 affidavit at: https://www.uscis.gov/i-134

Oh shoot, I always forget that. Also, I think for the I-129 you had to submit a birth certificate and photocopy of a passport, so if you have a copy of that, you could include it to be safe? I sent my fiancé the copy of our 129 so he'd have everything that we originally submitted 😂 I'm way too paranoid about having enough documentation.

Well, the sending of the I-129f is good as the beneficiary can review your background in the event the CO as a question then they are prepared.   BTW the interview will last about 5 min. Not enough time for your beneficiary to show the kitchen sink because he doesn't need to bring everything including the kitchen sink. :jest: Sometimes wonder if my sarcasm relates to other cultures. :D

Hey guys! Calling all flight experts and travel experts! So we’re trying to figure out the best way to actually get my fiancé into the country 😁 he will be flying out of Roatan, Honduras. I’ll be needing to pick him up at either midway or more likely, O’Hare in Chicago. Of course with roatan being a small island with an even smaller airport, our options are limited 😩 I’m considering the fact that he’d have to make at least one connection. I could meet him at his original port of entry but I’m not sure which is the wisest... i do also have a 300 dollar ticket voucher from American Airlines so I’m trying to use that! If anyone has advice, or could help me figure this out I’d appreciate it 😁😁

Well lucky for you, Chicago is a very likely point of entry. Nearly all flights into the eastern half of the US touch Chicago, New York, Baltimore, or Miami first, making them the PoE. Just pick a flight that hits Chicago, there should be plenty. Just schedule it for a day you're off work the following day and you'll be fine. Get a hotel overnight so both of you can get some rest and then head home the next morning.

The problem is all connections I’m finding are only about an hour or they’re about 16 hours 😩 and of course nothing direct to Chicago

Yea, it happens.  I assume he must fly from home to the closest "big" airport, then from there to Chicago correct?  This is going to be the case from most places.  Even flying out of Kyiv (the capital of Ukraine), Kris is still going to have to fly to France or Turkey before then leaving for Dulles, VA.
