Just found out we got out NOA2, dated Sept 4th. Our NOA1 was Feb 28th.

Glad to finally see some progress! I am based in Ireland, is there a section with next steps to take? Also how long doesit usually take for the NVC to have the case, the NOA says allow 30 days, does it usually take that long?

From previous posts, they say to start calling to check for a case number at 2 weeks.

So this was our RFE ... The first line kills me... I sent in my travel itinerary because Aruba does not stamp your passport because it is done electronically. Do you think it will be enough to send copies of his passport pages and our Airbnb reservation with both of our names on it? I mean we are in photos together, even one in front of one of the giant  I❤️Aruba signs.

The same thing happened to me. Since my passport didnt have any stamps ( because they are electronically done as well )

I sent his passport stamps, some bus tickets with our names, and more pictures of us together. And a written statement signed by both of us.

Hopefully that will be enough evidence. Fingers crossed

I’m in Ireland too

I THINK you can go ahead and book your medical now without your new case number . That will speed things up . Then you’ll be ready for your interview.  Let me know how things go

wow. This is a tough one.  does his passport page have any stamp showing you guys were at the same location together?  I don't think so unless you guys met at a neutral location.   The Airbnb plan could work since your names are on it.

That's so frustrating!  Think about whether there was any occasion when you both made a debit/credit card purchase or ATM withdrawal at the same place/time.  That could be helpful evidence to demonstrate that you were in the same place at the same time.

What we did with our photos was took screenshots of the details of the photo. Which shows location, time, date. Worked for us perfectly. Also sent itinerary of ever visit, flight tickets, passport stamps, hotel receipts. Pretty much anything that shows we visited each other.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

With android phones there is no date stamp on the photos. Clicking details shows the photo blurred in background but shows all info of when, where, and what not of photo.
