  1. Thank you!!!! Just want to clarify that. Thank yoouu!
  2. Yeah I know sorry. I didnt know where to post this so I chose k-1 instead when i received my I-797 notice for my ead approval it says here that if my i-485 is pending within 180 days and I need to change my employer, I need to let them know and give them my new job offer.
  3. Hi everyone, I have a pending I-485 and submitted my application last July 2019 and I'm still waiting for it. I was able to expedite my ead due to a pending job offer. Now, my question is, am I allowed to change employer as long as I have a new job offer? If so, how do I do it? Do I need to call uscis? Thank you!
  4. Thank you guys for the quick response. My status hasn’t changed at all. A week after my bio appointment it only changed to “fingerprint review was completed”. Now I’m so worried coz I saw a lot of people who were issued an rfe even though they’re above the 125% poverty guidelines. What i’m worried about is that When i submitted my aos, I only included my husband’s 2018 itr. We’re only a household of 2. And now I’m worried sick coz i got a job offer and requested to expedite my ead. I’m sooo nervous that this might affect our application. 😭
  5. Hi guys, i filed my AOS application last July and already had my biometrics appointment. How does uscis issue an RFE? Do they issue it before the biometrics or after? Thank you
  6. Hi guys! I am a Feb 2018 filer and still waiting for the noa 2. We have been waiting for 237 days now. We’ve already sent our first service request and was told that they placed our case on hold because the security check is still pending and they cant move forward without it. Earlier today, I received an email from USCIS that they have taken an action on our case and when I checked it, it says that “the name was updated on Oct. 2” The thing is we didn’t request for any information to be updated. So my fiance contacted uscis and spoke to a tier 2 officer. They just told him that it was nothing, like they were just refreshing their system and it’s still the same. No update and still pending. I’m so worried about our case guys. Anybody here who experienced the same thing?? I also want to know why our case is pending due to security check even though we don’t have any records. Should we send a new service request again? Or should we consider contacting a senator about this situation? Thank you guys!
