Yes, we got approved on June 1, 2018. My love lives in Dumaguete but she grew up in Lopez Jaena! I hope one day we will move to Dumaguete to live.

If you need any assistance, we will gladly help you any way we can.

So I just talked to a USCIS representative a while ago and told me that our case is still pending. She told me that they are still processing November 1. I got frustrated and I told her that i called multiple times however they kept giving me multiple answers since last week that's the same excuse they told me. So i begged her to transfer me to a tier 2 officer. I got a call back after 3 hours and the officer was so nice. He told me that our case was APPROVED!!!! I dont know how true but did some of you experience the same??I am so excited but I want to see a proof before celebrating!!!

Don't you still need the NOA2 for documentation and instruction? Congrats on being approved though. Personally, I would still inquire about updating the website to reflect approval as well as sending in the NOA2

Have you gotten approval yet?  I only included one divorce document and apparently it was good enough.. The RFE was for my beneficiary, her divorce decrees needed to be translated from Russian to English, I sent the certified translations a couple days ago and they already received it, now I'm waiting.. Just curious how long it will take to re-evaluate and issue approval.

Got our approval letter only 10 days later after sending back my RFE response so depending on how fast you can return it you can get ab approval within a 2 weeks to a month.

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

All of this info comes from the old website, https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

It is essentially compiled by getting a list of all the Case numbers, and putting them in the search box one by one and logging the result.

It's the same info all of the phone app Case Trackers use as well. That might be the most accessible way for you to look at these, but it's not quite as convenient as ew've made it in these monthly threads (thanks to @Naes, and a few others before her who started that!)

You'd need someone who could compile a list of all of the I-130s for the month, and then scan them all on a nightly basis, and then put them together in whatever format they wanted to display for people.

@Naes  do you happen to have the I-130s for each month?

@kennharv is also working on an online tool that post similar statistics, but not sure if he planned to do the I-130s or just the I-129Fs.

Hey (sorry I'm actually away for a while as I don't have a phone to check when I am in Turkey)

But no, I did not gather any information for anything other than I-129f.

I have to see it myself that we got approved as what the tier 2 officer told me. I am still waiting for an email or update on their website. He better didnt make a mistake of telling me that our case got approved!!

Go to the top of this page. Select Portals and then scroll down the left column to where it says "VJ Jamaica Timelines" and then select "K-1 Visas" and there you have a populated list of all those who are currently applying from Jamaica for a K-1 visa.

You'll need a hard copy of the NOA2 for latter when you file AOS once you are married. Otherwise, you don't need it for anything else.

Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻 Just want to ask , why did they ask for more proof? How many pictures did you send? Sorry for that kind of question😬 I’m just scared that we can get the same rfe

The adjudicator felt that they needed more evidence. Number of pictures is only one part of what is needed. Here is the link to the I-129f checklist. If you're concerned about your case review the checklist to see if indeed you submitted all the requirements needed. https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/m-1151.pdf?download=1
