You can try reporting him to USCIS but you'll need to show proofs of the fraud. They won't just take your word.

And there is no guarantee USCIS will ever so anything about it.

On a bring note - did you ever file AOS and said he receive a green card? Because he CANNOT receive it without you.

So he does have a domestic violence report on his record, does he have criminal conviction because of it?

Yeah, he needs you for the AOS ... he also needs you so he can remove the conditions on his 2 year conditional or he will be illegal.

He does need her for AOS but ROC he can do by himself with a divorce waiver - but he might have hard time proofing a geniue relationship then.

Hello everybody thank you for taking the time to answer me. he got the 2 year provicional visa now. after that i have not done or file any other paper not to 100% what the AOS is but im sure i have not file anything else beside the adjustment of status. employment authorization card expires on 04/26/18 and if you google his name it comes up as he has a record of domestic violence but no criminal conviction of it.

so does this mean he has a positive chance to remain in the united states and in the future get a permanent visa by exponge his record and cleaning his name  :(  i guess its ok i got deceived by him when he said he loved me i should have seen the red flags. its my fault anyway. thank you everyone....

No such thing.

You either files AOS that results in 2 year green card or you didn't file AOS means your husband never became a permanent legal resident.

Read it again... AOS  = adjustment of status.

So if he already has his 2 year green card there is nothing you can do. Move on.

i was the victim and what i meant by if you google his name is that has a inmate number reord with the cook county jail where he was incarcerated for one day. i however missed the court day due to work not allowing me with a day off to go and  continue to press further charges. this is what i meant. sorry for being unclear.

Well then he was arrested. Did the state not pursue the charges with out you? Sometimes they will go ahead with the case even if you do not show up. If the case was dropped then there is no impact on him removing conditions. As others have stated there is nothing you can do to impact his immigration in this case. Just be happy the relationship is over and you are safe now.
