 Just an update.  The second woman I got on tier 2 was really hostile and mean. She was basically yelling at me telling me my case was in normal processing time.  I was being very polite and cordial and thanked her for her time anyway so that way I don’t get in trouble or anything. But a very terrible experience altogether. She refused to tell me anything, and when I asked if somebody had looked at the case she told me  “We’ve received it and that’s it. Anything else ?” Yikes. Felt like being at the principles office when your 13 years old.

Seems pretty standard. If you're within the "normal processing time" they aren't going to hold a conversation with you very long. Def not surprised. 

Keep busy. The approval is coming though....

Yeah true. A part of me hopes that she didn't purposely flag me or anything to make my case take more time It was really hard to be polite through that whole exchange. Oh well! glad at least march peeps are getting approved March 9th is not too far away.
