He he and I was convinced I would never see that packet again :D
I tried to translate a Polish proverb 'Gdy sie czlowiek spieszy, to sie diabel cieszy' to my husband and he guessed in English it's an equivalent of 'haste makes waste' but just now I realised in English there's a saying 'the devil's in the details' - it definitely applies to us!
I'm from Bielsko and you? It's true I don't see many Polish VJs at all...

Yes, that is true, and I know it as I am always in a hurry!

I decided to call USCIS today and they could not transfer me to an immigration official due to high number of calls. The guy told me they will call me back in 3 to 5 days!!!!!! I sure hope he is just saying that out of an abundance of caution.

They called back!!! :) Lady told me they accepted my i-485 and i-131 but they rejected ead, so I will need to fix it and send it back to them. The NOA were send to me March 10. She said to wait up to one week. Such a relief!

Oh gosh good!!! So happy for you! At least you just one have to do do again

Guess what Guys....two wonderful things happened to me today. I accepted a job offer with a salary $7,000 greater than what I make now AND ten minutes ago, I received 6 emails and texts from USCIS notifying me of their acceptance of my package. It appears my call this morning triggered a response. I am so happy and overjoyed. The waiting is over!!!!

Are you the beneficiary (applicant)? Cause if yes, how are you going to work if you just applied for work permit?

here you go.

I highly suggest to you guys to have an account bec it is more accurate than the app or website and you will get notified via email if there is any update with your case.

Hey you were right, I got the notifications today via text and email about action taken on my case and when I open the website I saw that my RFIE response was received on March 15th. What a relief!
