No, they live in Bielsko Biala :) I got family all over the country :P

crossing Fingers to your petition! I am still waiting for my letters.

First I laughed when I imagined your family all over Poland but then I was touched when I thought some are in Bielsko... I miss Bielsko and my family there! The petition has not been sent yet. We are redoing everything and now I'm thinking that it was not a wise choice and we could have sent back the original petition...

I just got my letter for my biometrics!! It's in two weeks, I'm so excited! Do I have to bring my AOS package to the appointment?

Congrats but all you need to take with you to the ASC is the letter and any identification document you have like your passport. :)

Thanks!

My NAO1 date is March 9th but I got the texts and emails last Sunday. I then received the letter for the I-131 on Thursday (03/15) and the ones for the I-485, the I-765 and biometrics letter yesterday (03/17). I hope that helps!

Do you guys think they will still schedule my biometrics if they rejected ead? Or they will wait with that until I resend it? My online notification say the biometric fee was received, I am just wondering...

Well, I’m not sure since the finger capture is for both the I-485 (AOS) and I-765 (EAD) Forms. I suggest you send a new one as soon as you can

Well, I don’t think so because I also had an RFIE before my biometrics appointment and did it without any hassles.
