hey guys !!

Does anyone know, if there is a pattern on the petitions that get approved first when they go through the month ?

for example the area the beneficiaries are from, the fact they never been married, no kids etc etc

Well I feel like it doesn't matter at all. We're young, no divorces, no kids, no police records, nothing at all and we're still waiting. So I feel like it doesn't matter, they just pick files that are in their desk to be honest

Same here! We're young and we met in college so we have a lot of evidence to support that (graduation pictures etc.) There shouldn't be any reason to question the legitimacy of our relationship so I'm pretty confident:)

We have age gap, marriages, kids and police records so it'll be interesting to see if either of us gets approved much sooner or later. ^_^

Hi everyone,

So new to this forum. I make my registration immediately after knowing this awesome place, the family!!

I believe that I would check this place very often from now on haha.

Hopefully I can get my good news soon like everyone here.

Q: people here talked about old site and new site? What are these? A new/old website to check your case status?

Timeline: NOA1 @12/21/2017.

The "old site" doesn't appear to be getting any more updates, so I'd just use the new site: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/  (yes, to check case status)

Hi @Veer Pal

All the best to you !! It will come soon !!

Approvals are ranging a lot here and you are still withing the time frame. I am from India too.

Just FYI - you have written your consulate as New Delhi but  Delhi has stopped processing K1 visas. Your's will be processed from Mumbai like all of us. My NOA1 is Dec 26th (old) and Dec 29th (new website)

Again, hope you get it soon !!

Hi!

Thank you so much. I called the USCIS and they told me that I am still in the timeframe and will hear something very soon.

Yes I read that on the website that now Delhi no longer processes the cases, I just don't know why I put Delhi in there. So stressed out I guess! lol

Since yours is somewhere in the same time, I hope you hear the good news soon as well! Hopefully we both have the news to share by next week! :)

Hello everyone! I’m from France, my fiance is an American. The USCIS received our case on December 7 2017, it’s been almost 7 months... It’s really frustrating.. Did anyone have good news ?

I never been more patient like that.. there is something that help me a lot is to see people waiting like me being positive thank you for that! I hope we all get approved god bless everybody!

🙏🏼😊

@Little_Vixen...hey girl. What's the latest? It's been quite long. How're you doing?

Hi love.  So sweet of you to ask. Thank you.

I'm doing alright. Been very very busy lately clearing out the old house, moving to a rental, getting things arranged at work. The house closes on Monday so things will slow down a bit then. I can't wait for all this to be over. I miss my big bear.

How have you Been?
