Finally APPROVED, 30 days after they received my reply for the RFE. Thank you Jesus for answering our prayers. 7 months to the day of the Noa 1 received. May 15 filer - Approved Dec.15. Some advice to those still waiting, call USCIS at least 2 times a week, like Monday and Friday and ask to speak to a Tier 2 officer. I have done that for the past month and I think they relay the message to the officer working on your case and they get tired of hearing it and do something about it. Just my opinion but it seemed to work for me. Another thing I learned from a Tier 2 officer is that USCIS has to have a decision within 7 months of Noa1 received date if not then you can file an inquiry and that is not good for the officer working on your case, they probably catch hell from their supervisors if an inquiry is filed. Keep the Faith, do not give up and Pray always, worked for me. Thank you to all my May filer family for all the advice and support. A big shout out to Shoegum who is a big help to all of us for His Scans.

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!

@The Squirrel, are you still here on the forum? I haven't heard or seen anything from you lately???

Have you guys got your NOA2 yet?

I'm still here !!!!!! And I'm with no NOA2. Got an email from CSC Followup............. Saying you case has been assigned to an officer and being reviewed. While we can't give you a specific date  for a decision, you will receive a notice of action in due course.

The only thing I got from them was the letter responding to my 11/9 inquiry and that was in the mail this Saturday. Over a month it took them to send me what was already told to me 50 times over and over.

I guess I can only say at least they don't have my address typed in the incorrectly....SMH!

We seem to be the unlucky!!!

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

Hi, I asked NVC research with a scan of the NOA2 where my case was and they answered that they haven’t received it yet. My fiancé is calling uscis right now to try to know if our case has been, at least, mailed.

Did your fiance get a call back?
