Husband and I are divorced. He has conditional 2 year card. If he gets married to another before he applies for ROC will he be allowed to remain in the US?

Maybe, not enough details to know.

Remarrying does not mean his first marriage was not in good faith.

He doesn't need to be married to anyone. He can ROC with a divorce waiver if it was a good faith marriage.

No. He needs to remove conditions using the divorce waiver, and prove that your marriage was entered in good faith and bona fide. Remarrying will hurt, not help, his case.

If he wants to divorce you and file on his own then there is nothing you can do. It is not up to you to decide if he stays or goes. No need for revenge. Divorce and move on and let immigration decide if he has enough proof for a good faith marriage.

In practice, this is out of your hands now. If you sincerely believe you have proof of immigration fraud, you can report him to USCIS.

Please guys, remember that Immigration is not a game and partners that you help come to the U.S are not acquisitions you can return when things don't work out. 

 I understand if your ex ''used you'' to come to the U.S and you have proof you would want to do something about it,  and you can contact USCIS and report him. which I believe might be tricky since he fooled you and the process and it seemed bona fide to you and to them. What evidence do you have to support this claim?  I also get that you're hurt and angry, but besides that, moving on is your best course of action. Good luck!

The ROC is adjudicated on the merits of the evidence of your good faith marriage that he provides. If he has remarried, he may be asked about it, but that isn't technically part of the adjudication process.

As you are divorced (or say you are?), he now files solo with a divorce waiver, and you are not part of the process any more, so it really isn't your concern.

 

You won't be the first ex-spouse to report someone to USCIS, and you won't be the last. Will they care? Probably not, as they have heard it all before. ROC is about the intention at the time of immigration, not the current state of the relationship, which is why there are things such as divorce waivers.

You all wouldn't say move on with your life if it had happened to you. There are serious flaws in the vetting system. For example, for our gc interview, hardly anything was asked and we were approved because of an emotional response of an officer. Furthermore, it's pretty bad when they can't see if an applicant has applied for other foreign visas or had other previous foreign relationships. Huge red flags. I'm not the first it has happened to either. Justice will be served in this life or the next and I will do my best to be sure it is in this one.

We're all sorry that this happened to you. However, USCIS are not front-line responsible for vetting your relationship. While petitioning and being part of this persons immigration journey, you're also responsible for vetting his/her intentions.
