Hate to be a negative nancy, but there's really nothing anyone can do.

Its not going to get better till they get their act together technology wise and more things are online, and they've had a big fail with that, it should have been that way years ago.

Sad thing is you can have a small company come in and turn that all around, but that would takes people in charge swallowing their pride.

Went to immigration and nothing new learned except told it can take 12 - 15 months. That is not what I wanted to hear... Talked of how all other service centers are ahead of Nebraska and he said they are suppose to even out the case loads but we all know that is not happening, so here we still sit.

Well we already knew that the whole process would take over 12 months. Most of the research I did would say 12-14 months. But it still sucks to be in the first step and waiting to move onto the next step but like someone else said all we can do is wait basically till they get to our case. But if my case does get out of normal processing time then you betcha I will be contacting my congressman.

OMG!!! I Just turned over to try and catch a few more winks before my alarm went off for work. Then I was awaken by the sound of a text message, then another, and another and more. I thought about another member saying he got a lots of texts when he was approved so I jumped up and grabbed my phone over on the nightstand. I said a prayer before I checked...APPROVED!!!!

It was approved yesterday after 255 days. Boy has this been one helluva wait. Feels like ten thousand pounds have been lifted off my back. The hardest part is over. Hang in there guys it will happen. Sending positive approval vibes to all. :D:jest:

Its probably just the NOA2 and not the NVC case number yet right?
