  1. I had to call them up and once i spoke to someone then they told me about the interview being scheduled. It might have been a coincidence but my email came in a day after i called them.
  2. Congratulations!!! Idk, you can always call and find out. IDK if there is any restriction on doing it in the US.
  3. If you supplied NVC with the email addresses then they will send the interview appointment letter (P4) to both the email addresses. They send one by mail to the beneficiaries mailing address that was filled out in the DS260. Once you have that you can get the medical done and then wait for the interview date.
  4. Read the documentation of the NVC. They list if one can or can't bring the petitionar. https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/interview/prepare.html has the instructions. Read through it.
  5. Just got the interview date. Alhamdolillah CC Date: 11/15/17 Interview Date: 01/04/18 Updated the spreadsheet.
  6. Its probably the W2 or the tax return. It might be to prove income to support the beneficiary. Does the letter say to bring it to the interview or submit it ahead of time? Did she file her taxes for that year while living abroad?
  7. I was able to get in and the website still shows the same status as it being at the NVC.
  8. BTW, i also tried to access the case status website and wasn't able to get in. I hope its good news. I hate to burst everyones bubble but it could also mean that the website is having issues
  9. I am also waiting on an interview date. I called them up and they told me the same story that i have to wait for it to be scheduled.
  10. So your i-130 was approved. Now you will start the process for the NVC for that you will need the NVC case number and the invoice ID number. Maybe on Monday call up the NVC asking them if they got your case if they did then you can ask them for those and start the process on https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx.
  11. @JFH can you please merge this topic and the 2 above?
  12. Which office is the petition filed at? The 1st 3 letters of the Case number will tell you the office location. Look at the case processing times of that office on the USCIS website. If the date has passed then you guys needs to call up USCIS and ask them whats the holdup. And request Supervisor review.
  13. Disregard, Disregard the above. I see from your previous posts that your husband is a LPR. Has he filed for his citizenship since then? You have 2 other posts open with the same subject. I suggest you keep on updating that one. 1. Forziz 2. Forziz As for the case being prolonged, has your husband called up USCIS yet? They must have sent some notifications or he must have called them up. What updates did your husband get from them? You guys have done Nikkah or only engaged?
