I sent inappropriate pictures to USCIS by mistake. What can I do?

My fiancee lives in the Netherlands and I am from Texas. We have been dating for 2 years and I visited her 4 times throughout this time. I just started her K1 after following the guides on here but I made a mistake. We are both sexually open and there is nothing wrong with that since it's our business. During my last trip. We spent some time traveling to take pictures (Van Gogh Museum and Anne Frank House) to send in when I started the process. We also used the same camera at our hotel to take some naughty pictures. I was so stupid and didn't pay attention to go through the pictures once I made it back to Texas. I just got the pictures developed at my brother's studio and sent them in along with our application. I only realized today when I couldn't find the rest of the pictures. There are pictures in there that show her and a friend <content removed>. Again, I'm not ashamed of these things since it's nothing illegal but the USCIS should have never have gotten these. I have not received NOA1 yet but they should have received my packet on Thursday of last week. Is there any way I can get them to cancel the packet or send it all back. I'm afraid that they will see these pictures and make conclusions about us. My fiancee doesn't even know that I made this mistake but I'm sure she will flip out if I have to tell her. Any help would be appreciated.

Instead of asking others to share their naughty details, how about crafting the most sincerely apologetic letter known to man that will be expedited, like, yesterday?

How did you pay? Cancel the cheque and they'll return your application...

Otherwise, seriously, I don't think they care. Some couples have willingly sent action pictures (and videos) as proof their "real" love

I didn't think about that but I guess I could type up a letter telling them the pictures were sent by mistake and that I'm sorry. I'm guessing this letter would go to the same address?

Also, if it seems that other people have sent these types of pictures and have been approved, maybe these pictures would help us more than hurt us. I was more thinking along the lines of protecting her image and our reputation since I didn't want them to get a certain idea about her and think she is a working girl.

Trying to send anything (such as the letter you suggest) to USCIS unsolicited at this juncture is likely to be nothing more than an exercise in futility because it's highly unlikely that it will get matched with the file.

FWIW, I saw a chat that was done with a former USCIS adjudicator (it was posted to VJ) and the adjudicator stated "they have seen it all" when asked about content of pictures people send. Since USCIS has "seen it all," CO's at Embassies and Consulates have also; however, the conclusions they come to are likely to vary and I won't speak for them.

They may have seen it all, but from OP's first post I understood that they're in an open relationship and his fiancée was in the picture with a friend, not OP.

USCIS may not be so understanding in this case, when the picture is of the beneficiary with someone else, not the petitioner.

Explicit material was removed from the first post. So my understanding is that the fiancée and a friend were doing some, well explicit stuff.
