Hi,

It's my first time here and I wanted to ask for an advice for my 5yr.old son that I wanted to get from the Philippines and I'm in the US as a permanent resident or green card holder. I just sent my petition today and I wanted to get him as soon as I can bec. he broke his right arm bec.no body really looks after him like I do. You know how kids are. Any thoughts? God bless you all.

If you have a US husband he can sponsor, about a year.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I agree if your spouse is a USC they should've filed for him.

Not a sis and if file in F2A category you definitely can't expedite anything until priority date is current.

If u have USC husband, do what Boiler said...

It will be about a year if your husband petitions your child; about two years if you do.

How you entered could be relevant.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

By the way, your green card must not be conditional (2-years) it must be 10 years to do F2A

Did you mention your kid on your previous immigration processes?

N400

That's not correct. A conditional LPR has every right that a regular LPR has, including the right to petition family members.

By the way, your green card must not be conditional (2-years) it must be 10 years to do F2A

Did you mention your kid on your previous immigration processes?
