I was kind of bummed because I wasnt spending Valentines Day without my Gordo, but today I recieved the next best thing.....NOA2!!!!! YAAAYY.... :dance::dance: HAPPY DANCE !!! :dance::dance:

Thanks to all of you, for help and support.....so happpppppyyyy !!! sooo close now !!!

14 Aug 2012 8am: interview: APPROVED!

20 Aug 2012: VISA received!!

Jan 10, 2013: email/text notification of receipt of all 3!

Jan 19, 2013: biometric letter received

Jan 30, 2013: biometric appointment at 12pm

Mar 12, 2013: received interview appointment letter

Mar 15, 2013: EAD/AP combo card received!

Mar 21, 2013: Interview in Anchorage..APPROVED!

Actually no it wouldn't be an RFE. If she meant RFE she would write RFE. NOA2 is widely known as the approval notice. "Notice of Action 2" (NOA1 is the receipt notice).

I've personally never received an RFE but there's an example on another website that VJ has blocked otherwise I would link it. I googled "RFE example USCIS". It's a letter.

September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
