Hi. I had to create a new account. My old account just continued to say banned (and still does accessing from my iphone). I can view my timeline and make adjustments but not forums.

 

Ticket opened over 30 days no response..

 

Desperate for forum support. And can only view from work computer. Website from iOS still bans me. No, I didn't do anything to get banned.

In the K-1 guide on VJ and in the list of require documents item Number 8 states:

 

Copy of the Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen or a copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport issued with a validity of at least 5 years or a copy of the US Citizen's naturalization certificate (front and back). This is used to establish citizenship.   The requirement for ALL pages was eliminated 3 years ago.   The new requirement is at the USCIS website [Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) | USCIS] under the tab Checklist of Required Initial Evidence (for informational purposes only)   A copy of your unexpired U.S. passport; or [sending a copy of the bio page will suffice and not the entire passport which for many will included unnecessary blank pages]   Therefore, I request that the guide be updated to reflect the most current information.

@Captain Ewok Question... I've noticed for the longest time that the 'Filed for' and 'Filing location' info under my avatar are never accurate though I've updated my timeline. It currently shows 'Adjustment of status (pending)' and 'Chicago Lockbox'. Funny thing is, my AOS  has been long approved and I currently have a ROC pending instead. My ROC timeline is updated yet the information does not show under the avatar. Did I miss any steps to have the right info reflected under my avatar?

Curious if Lawrence, MA can be added to the processing time statistics for AOS. The closest thing we have is Boston for the options so that is skewing the statistics. Thanks!

Hi @Captain Ewok my iPad needs a iP refresh. It still thinks I’m in the other account that was mistakenly banned. I will attempt to pm my IP address.

*edit - solved, I needed to fill out all the fields.  I think that shouldn't be a requirement though...

 

I can't update my profile.  At home page I see a banner:  "Your profile is 0% complete!" and a green button:  "Complete My Profile".

I click the button, it takes me to another page with basic information (already filled out), and a "next" button at the bottom.  I click that button, it takes me back to the original "0% complete" banner.

 

I've written numerous messages/help tickets about this over several months, hoping posting it here might yield something.  Screenshots attached.

I'm editing my TIMELINE journey.... I'm in the lifting data section.

 

My CIS service center is "MSC" - Missouri Service Center (National Benefits Center).... but in the drop-down list, there is no option for me to select MSC or National Benefit Center.  I submitted to the Phoenix lockbox by the way and my reciept number in I-797 NOA starts with MSCXXXX
