K1 visa status would be ceac and there is no old site new site but only 1 site, so I’m guessing you mean I-129f petition status.

 

Old website, same info as apps: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

New website need to log in: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

Welcome Mike & Tanja! I wish I could say its a blast...😕  But we're getting there... right? 😜

 

Day 209 for us now. Hard to wait for the 210 day (or 7 month mark) to inquire officially. REALLY hoping we hear something before that so we don't need to inquire. 🙂

I am the same NOA1 as you. Where are you seeing the official processing date and what is your follow-up for when / if they pass our NOA1 date without word from them? Thanks!

Hey there

 

When I check the uscis link 

(https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/)

 

You have to select the visa type (K1 fiance) and the service center (CSC is where all fiance visas go through). 

 

Then scroll down to view the table.  (I'll try to upload a screenshot of the current info in the table.) My NOA1 is Nov 2nd - sooo almost there according to the processing times on USCIS site. 

 

Im not exactly sure of the official steps to follow if they pass our date? I was thinking of calling and talking to a Tier 2 officer, then congressman if no luck with the first.  But I'm open if someone has a better route/suggestion...?

There is no special number that I am aware of. When you call you ask for a tier 2 officer and they should pass you over to them. If not, then hang up and call again and ask that agent to pass you over to T2O.

I got tiered in just reading the instructions that this individual posted. I say it's just easier to call and ask for at T2 officer. If you continue to have problems Email the Ombudsman at cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.GOV The Ombudsman provides an impartial and independent perspective to USCIS in an attempt to resolve problems.

Thank you ALL!

 

We called NVC and finally got our case number. Hooray!

Waited for 40 mins on hold but it's worth it.

Said they just got our paper a week ago even if

we were approved since May 04.

Also, they just sent it yesterday to the embassy.

 

We'll just have to wait some more for their email so we can proceed to the medical exam.

It's a requirement in Philippines to at least have the letter or email with the case number.
