if im not the petitionary but the beneficiary, creating a uscis account will be a mistake?

I believe the petitioner and beneficiary can both create an account to get updates about the case.

I checked the inquiry date on USCIS website and says Nov 2nd inquire date so if you are before that date you can contact them. I am so tired. I am also Nov 8th. No news nothing in the mail.

Yes, thank you! I did see that...I have been watching the processing times also.  I'm planning to call either tomorrow or Friday.  Oddly...I feel a bit nervous to call - definitely don't want to do anything to slow things down further...or mess things up in any way. Fingers crossed!!🤞 Praying it goes well 😉

@x_driven_x Do you happen to know which date they are referring to on the USCIS processing times table?

For example... I'm Nov 2nd in the old site, app and scans you do, but Nov 6th on the new site.

Sooo since they are processing Nov 2nd now - is that referring to the old site or new? (Hoping that made sense! 🤔) So its fine to call now? Or I need to wait until the 6th to officially inquire?

Ok.  Thank you @Naes - So I would need to wait until the table says they are processing the 6th to inquire? (Just making sure I understand you correctly). 👍

Yes correct, they may still not let you inquire (some tier2 say wait 30 days after that date) but you can try after that date (Nov 6th)

I guess I'm confused on what you want. Every night I post the results of a full scan, it's a few posts back on Page 4.

For the 14th, specifically, I can tell you they've only approved 7 cases out of 152 cases with an additional 8 having an RFE. The remaining 137 still need to be adjudicated. I anticipate them doing more of the 14th cases in the next 5 business days.

There were 6 November 14th cases updated today:

11/14/17 Your Current Status: Request for Additional Evidence Was Mailed 05/30/18
